This page is maintained by Gilbert Services Southwest to answer common security, privacy, and operational questions about the GSS Intelligence OS and the Marcell AI agents. It reflects current app-visible controls and owner-attested practices — not an independent certification.

Access & authentication

The admin console is restricted to an email allowlist controlled by the owner. Session auth is handled by the underlying platform provider using industry-standard token flows. Public visitors interact with Marcell and the calculators without accounts.

Data collected

  • Contact and quote form submissions (name, email, phone, message).
  • Marcell chat transcripts submitted through the site.
  • Calendly bookings routed via the embedded scheduler.
  • Basic request metadata (timestamp, referring page).

How data is used

Data is used to respond to quote requests, schedule appointments, follow up on Medicare / IUL / Life / Annuity inquiries, and improve the Marcell agent. We do not sell contact data.

Subprocessors & integrations

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
  • Lovable AI Gateway — Marcell language model inference.
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling.

Retention

Leads and client records are retained 2–10 years depending on the insurance product and applicable industry record-keeping obligations. Deletion requests are honored where retention rules allow.
