This policy is maintained by Gilbert Services Southwest ("we", "us") and describes how personal information is handled on this website and through the Marcell AI agents.
To respond to inquiries, prepare illustrations, schedule consultations, service policies you place with us, comply with insurance record-keeping requirements, and improve the Marcell agents. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with (a) the carriers and MGAs required to prepare or place coverage you request, (b) service providers that host our site and power Marcell (Lovable Cloud, Lovable AI Gateway, Calendly), and (c) regulators when legally required.
Lead and client records are retained for 2 to 10 years depending on the product line and the record-keeping rules that apply (e.g., life, annuity, Medicare, ACA). After the retention period we delete or de-identify records unless a longer period is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information subject to retention obligations. Email keith@gilbertservicessouthwest.com with your request.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
